- 1 / 5By Alicia CisnerosReina was very rude and unwelcoming! I have only been to this location three times but almost always an employee gave me a cheerful hello. Both employees behind the counter did not say a word to me. To top it all off Reina (my cashier and icecream scooper) touched her nose WHILE SERVING ME. While sitting back to eat I observed her touching her nose frequently and picking a wedgie from her pants. I love cold stone but the employees at this location were detached, rude, and unhygienic! Will not be returning.June 23, 2016
