  I grew up going to this place and continue to go to this Cold Stone location. I've been here dozens of times and while the line can sometimes get long, the staff is always wonderful. I recently did a spur-of-the-moment birthday cake here, and the woman who did it was wonderful. I had my cake very quickly and was out of the door, without any prior notice. In all of my years going here, I have never had a bad experience. Just walk in, order your ice cream and leave. Like any service industry, if you treat the employees with kindness and respect, you will usually get it in return.

  It's Coldstone, everyone knows they make good ice cream. But 3/5 stars because the lady owner/manager of this location is a complete hag that looks down on her employees and customers. Maybe she shouldn't be working in a customer-facing role if she has the attitude of a wet rock.
