  As a young mother I am definitely not happy with the way my family has been treated at this King Soopers. Having been an employee for Kroger myself I agree that this King Soopers does not treat it's customers as it should be. There is not an exemplary treatment of customers nor is there any concern for their well being. I was in the store shopping and went through the checkout line. Due to the fact that you have to use a pin I was not able to finish my purchase. Another lady offered to pay for my purchase and the head clerk Erin refused to let both the lady willing to help me out and the clerk let her pay for my groceries. I find this despicable since it is none of her concern who spends their money on what. This would've definitely helped my family out and to know that she interviened from me receiving this kindness is nothing but infuriating. Definitely done doing business here.

  This is the best King Soopers, and it's because of the great people working there. Management is hands-on and always visible. Cashiers and baggers are intelligent and mentally present. This means your groceries are bagged like they're supposed to be bagged, according to logic and common sense(!)
  
  It's amazing to find this nowadays, outside of Costco and Nordstrom. And, even more amazing: At THIS King Soopers (but not at the "snooty King Soopers" on Alameda just west of Union) everyone from cashiers to stockers take initiative to jump in and assist customers. I'm not a celebrity, I'm an average mid-30's housewife, but on several occasions I've been given full VIP treatment! Here's an example: Last July, I rushed in to buy a big cooler and beverages to hydrate and motivate the concrete workers installing my new driveway. The stocker guy consulted two other stocker guys on what my concrete workers might enjoy. Then, my cashier called someone over to unbag my ice and arrange it in my new cooler, along with a nice presentation of Arizona teas, Monster energy drinks, Gatorades, bottled cokes, Jarrito sodas, Snickers bars, and big juicy navel oranges. My cool new cooler was wheeled out and put into my 4Runner. I got home and proudly waved my concrete workers over for some refreshments. The icy cooler full of frosty favorites was a sight to behold. Their eyes lit up like the Fourth of July!
  
  Thank you King Soopers for coming through on a sweltering summer day. My new driveway is the envy of everyone in my neighborhood, and Juan and Felix of Torres Concrete are extremely proud of how well it turned out. Happy workers do great work, and happy customers like to spread the word!

  I have shopped at this store 25 years. Even when I wasn't close would drive to shop there. Its always been super helpful and friendly.

  I love this King Soopers. It has the best staff and I've always found everything that I have needed here. The produce is especially fresh and inexpensive.
