  Not as amazing as I'd hoped, but for a southern guy stuck in Colorado, it's pretty good. Brisket was incredibly tender and juicy with a perfect smoke ring, thin bark, but almost no smoke flavor. Pulled Poke was again very tender with evidence of smoke ring and a small bite of a burnt end, but again very little smoke flavor. They very tomato-y and slightly spicy BBQ sauce (only choice) did add some nice flavor. I wanted ribs, but as with any good BBQ joint, once they are out for the evening, too bad. It was a very busy Tuesday, but service was prompt and friendly.

  For the price, the food was honestly pretty terrible. Spend a few extra bucks and go to a real BBQ place. For fast casual, I like Dickey's much better.
