  This review is not about the woman working the to go counter, it is about the rest of the staff in that place. I placed a to go order and went in to pick it up around 8:30 pm. The poor to go lady was tied up on the phone with a lengthy order, hustling to get people taken care of. There was a line of 5 people waiting to check out and all of our food was sitting on the counter behind her. While she was tied up on the phone, there were 2 MANAGERS on the line behind her talking and ignoring her 5 people WAITING to pay and leave. There were also multiple servers doing their side work and walking by without saying anything. I stood there for 17 minutes and watched 2 MANAGERS and probably 6 servers completely ignore the to go lady's line of people. What kind of establishment does not foster teamwork and support for the whole staff? It isn't the fact that I had to wait so long to get my to go order, it was just the blatant apathy of the rest of the staff there, ESPECIALLY on the managers part.
