  Pros: The bagels were good. The staff were very friendly.
  
  Cons: The entire place was filthy, every surface in the restaurant had crumbs or honey on it, the bagel sandwich making station behind the counter looked like a 2 yr old used it to paint. Don't get me started on the floors - they remind me of the last time I toured a dirty recycling facility. The paper towel dispenser in the restroom didn't work. I can't figure out why the health inspector hasn't shut this place down. The espresso machine was out of order when I visited. While I was there, two other families were dining in the restaurant. The father from each family went up to the counter to complain about something - I couldn't tell what but they looked upset. I won't be back.
